Plan for the remediation of non-compliance

The Foundation is committed to resolving detected nonconformities and improving site accessibility to ensure fair and universal access.

Short-term goal

  • Correcting title hierarchy and empty headers (Ref. C.9.1.3.1)
Action: Unify the order of the headings (<h1>-<h6>), remove blank headings, ensure meaningful titles in tables (<th> relevant).
    Status: Planned.
  • Semantic landmark correction (Ref. C.9.1.3.1)
    Action: normalize templates with
    ,
  • Scrollable keyboard and areas (Ref. C.9.2.1.1 / C.9.2.1.3)
Action: Make scrollable containers focusable (tabindex="0"), manage keyboard scrolling, and prevent focus traps.
    Status: Planned.

Medium-term goal

  • Minimal contrast (Ref. C.9.1.4.3)
Action: Adjust palettes and CSS to achieve minimum ratios; avoid text on images without overlays; check states :hover/:focus.
    Status: Planned.
  • AIR Alignment (Ref. C.9.4.1.2)
Action: correcting violations such as required parent (ARIA structures within the intended containers), remove/adjust invalid ARIA roles/attributes, delete nested controls.
    Status: Planned.

Long-term commitments and continuous improvement

  • Staff training: On heading, landmark, AIR, contrast, keyboard.
  • Usability testing: involving people with disabilities in upcoming releases.
  • Continuous monitoring: Periodic (at least semi-annual) audits with automatic instruments and manual tests.

This statement and related plan will be reviewed at the completion of each phase or, at the latest, by 08/10/2026.
